Greenway Realty reserves the right to conduct a third party Credit Check / Identity Cross Check / Criminal Record Check. All results will be kept confidential.

A $1000 deposit is required to be given priority selection of upcoming availabilities. This amount will be applied toward the damage deposit. Applicants moving in within 60 days of receipt of application must provide a deposit equal to 1 month rent. Please note the damage deposit will be returned to the individual(s) that paid the deposit.

Pre-construction deposits: Once an application has been submitted along with the deposit, the applicant's name will be placed in a queue in the event there is a waiting list. As units become available the deposit holders will be contacted based on the order in which the deposits were received and given 48 hours to select from the available unit(s) and sign a standard 12-month lease. If the applicant does not wish to lease one of the available units they may defer their selection and maintain position in the queue, or have the deposit returned. Greenway Realty will always try to give deposit holders as much notice as possible regarding upcoming availabilities.

A 12-month standard lease is required to confirm that a unit is held for an applicant. Once leased for a specific unit, Greenway Realty is not obligated to offer other units to you should they become available on short notice, such as if an existing tenant were to move out

Greenway Garden Home Properties generally allows pets to live in the communities with written permission. Pet-related disruptions to other residents such as excessive barking or wandering onto others' deck spaces without their consent will not be tolerated. Pets must be cleaned up after and not left outside unattended. Any pet-related damage is the responsibility of the lessee and must be repaired immediately at the lessee’s expense and to the satisfaction of the lessor. If a pet is permitted, an increase in the damage deposit may be requested and due upon signing a lease, and the lessor reserves the right to inspect the unit at periodic occasions (with notice). Please state the number of animals, their size, and their breed below.
