Principal Partner & CEO
Kevin is co-founder of Greenway and has served as CEO since Greenway was established in 2012. He has lead development of the Greenway product and brand, and oversaw development and acquisition of our 150 existing Garden Homes in Greenway Garden Home communities across PEI (Stratford, Cornwall and Summerside). He has his license to trade in real estate through the PEI Real Estate Association.
Director of Sales & Leasing
Matthew joined the Greenway team in the Fall of 2015 in the role of Sales & Leasing Manager. His role is to oversee the sales/leasing and day to day property management of Greenway units. Matthew studied real estate and property management in Alberta and managed building maintenance at an industrial camp site of 3000 units. He has a Business degree from UPEI and three business Diplomas from Holland College. He played both college and university basketball, and is currently coaching the Bluefield High School Basketball team. Matthew seeks to build the Greenway brand by providing exceptional customer service to our growing client base.
Bookkeeper and Administrative Assistant
Brittany joined the team at Greenway in the summer of 2017 as Bookkeeper and Administrative Assistant. She carries out day-to- day bookkeeping responsibilities and assists with correspondence, record keeping and supporting activities that allows the team to work smoothly. She studied accounting at Holland College, while volunteering at the CVITP Murphy Centre and at BDO Chartered Accountants and Advisors. Brittany graduated in May of 2017 and received her diploma as Accounting Technician.
April joined Greenway in September 2015. With thirteen years of experience in business, April manages the daily bookkeeping and accounting activities for Greenway properties. She completed her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from UPEI, and is currently a CPA Candidate specializing in performance management and finance. April’s hobbies include creating wildlife habitat areas, reforestation, and advising as a board member for a not-for-profit organization in PEI.
Manager of Construction & Property Management
Roger joined Greenway in February, 2013 and is Manager of Construction and Property Management. He is a red seal electrician by trade and has 30 years of experience in the construction industry. He is active and well known in his community, serving as a volunteer fireman for 25 years with the New Glasgow Fire Department. He runs clean, safe, and efficient project sites; optimizing build costs and ensuring all builds represent the Greenway brand. He is dedicated to ensuring residents enjoy the Greenway experience and properties are kept to the highest standard.
